Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies, PT Sarimelati Kencana Tbk (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 28 October 2025, the Company received a letter of resignation from Mr. Emireza Mohammad Arifin from his position as Commissioner of the Company.

Mr. Emireza Mohammad Arifin's resignation request will be decided at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 20 November 2025.
